Howdo,

Im off to Pitlochry next month on the roadbike. Im planning an overnight stay and would appreciate any recommended bike friendly B&B's?

Cheers

I stayed at the Dalgreine Guest House in Blair Atholl a few weeks back and the ownders were very friendly - even gave me some scones and coffee when I arrived. They have a big shed to put bikes in too. When I was there, 4 of the 5 guests were cyclists.

Nice one Druidh, I will check that out. Is it staggering distance from Pitlochry? I am doing the etape route, dodging the crowds and entry fee!

It's an easy ride along the old A9 through Killiecrankie. Decent beer and food at the Atholl Arms.

As for the Etape, it's the crowds that make it so special (still nice roads tho).
