The gf has bought off the tinternet via paypal, although she doesn't have a paypall account. It's one of those shops that you pay through paypal etc. Anyway, the goods haven't arrived after almost a month now so she is wondering what to do - the pp help page seems to assume you have your own aaccount. She has tried to contact the shop but no response of course.
Should she start a dispute?

Presumably she used a credit card, if so contact them
Don't think this is the same as having a paypal account, just a payment portal to use a credit/debit card
