Heading down to a place called Darley near Harrogate for a few days. Is there any recomended bike routes in that area. We'll also be looking for a decent curry in Harrogate or surrounding area.
Better half isn't a regular biker so something fairly easy might be best.

Harrogate curry - Sartaz just off KIngs Road is new and very good. The best by a country mile is the Zolsha on Knaresborough Hight Street - the narga takari is superb (ask for it madras strength if you like it nicely hot).
Lots of riding from Pately and around the reservoirs or go up the steep hill out of Pately towards Appletreewick and there is some good riding there.
