Parcel 2 Go according to their online tracking have 'tried' to deliver a parcel on 4 occasions. I've neither heard the delivery van nor seen it or any evidence to suggest that had been. A we missed you card or something.
I've worked from home for most of the week, there are usually a couple of cars parked in front of the house on the drive. Any attempts to contact their helpline have resulted in promises of returned calls that never materialise.
What a p*ss poor company. Is this a common experience? What more can I do?
i use them and have been fine (not had an issue yet), i would imagine that they have bitten off more than they can chew with the recent royal mail strikes...
Never had a problem with them, they arrive here later than most of the companies but have called back within a hour to see if I was in on more than one occasion.
Never a problem here either, having used them many times for larger items.
