Really pushed it yesterday tagging along with some guys at Nant arian who were fitter and had more trail friendly bikes.
Today my ribs feel like I have a bad stitch. It's low down and very similar to a stitch.
Anyone had this before? Painkillers or ibuprofen?

I also get achy ribs when having done lung hurting climbs.

One side is worse. Its much better since I took some ibuprofen and have laid down 20 mins ago.
Could it be cat aids?
I should know better at my age not to tag along with people with carbon bikes and 22 more gears than me.
