I wanted to do the same with my 09 clamp.Phoned Hope expecting to bung em a fiver job done .Instead they said i had to go through my LBS.Upshot was cost me £12 !!!!and they left out the curved washer thingy so i had to scab it from an old one in bike shop .Would have been nearly as cheap to have flogged the bolted and bought a new QR.
