Two existing inquiries will investigate whether officers tried to smear the family of Stephen Lawrence - but the murdered teenager's father says this is "completely unsatisfactory".

I wouldn't worry too much. An IPCC [s]whitewash [/s]investigation will clear everyone of any wrongdoing.

In the meantime, expect a raft of senior officers suddenly taking early retirement on the grounds of ill health
