I've got to give a 10 minute Presentation on Wednesday for a job interview, the title of which is "What are the major issues faced by micromanufacturing companies, and the range of potential issues"... I know NOTHING about Micromanufacturing, other than what I've googled in the last 5 minutes...
Does anybody know anything about Micromanufacturing then? Or can point me to somewhere I might be able to get some good answers at least...
With regards to my Background, I'm a Lean Process Engineer, so will probably be trying to come to any potential solutions with a view to how I could use Lean to improve it, as this is what I know, and I believe it is what is expected. But any help on the Micromanufacturing background would be gratefully recieved...
