I reckon he will kill himself while he's out on bail, never will know the truth.

It's pointless speculating on the case based on what would happen in the UK, two completely different countries.
Regardless of anything else, it's not unusual for people on murder charges to get bailed in SA due to the overcrowding problems in prison and lengthy lag times for cases to get to court.

well, i've said it before but i'll say it again....
deminished responsibility. he was legless at the time.
although the prosecution reckons he doesn't have a leg to stand on....
