Crikey strewth hel ma boab. Just been given an edict from the company i am working for that "anyone who works in *clients* offices, who return from overseas are requested to remain at home for 5 full days after their return to NZ"

Scare mongering - more people will die on the rds than of swine flu, they dont tell us to stop driving!
I did ring the swine flu hotline the other day though
all i got was crackling

how are they going to check if you stay at home? does that mean that all your family have to stay at home too?
if i was told to stay at home for 5 days 'just incase' UNPAID i would be out riding
They don't expect you to stay in your house 24x7 - but a week extra on top of my hols at a critical time is not entirely what i had in mind - oh well. Work from home, ironically the major project is - fixing the RAS solution which is poked.....
say you have flu ang get a week off on the sick?
