This isn't very helpful but it did get a small lol.

I have just moved over to them in the last month or so, switch was easy they ask for meter readings via email etc. its like most of these things the measure of the company is when things go wrong how they deal with them. Everything has been as simple as could be for me.

Not until you posted but as my tarif's up in the new year just went in and typed in my usage details and they're 10% more expensive than my current.

Not a kraken deal for me then.
