Working as a QA Officer for a drug manufacturing company.
Long story short, I see massive amount of non compliant (with gmp/gdp) behaviour everyday. Unfortunately management doesnt want to know, they recently lost a license and only regained it by what appeared to me to simply be organized deception. The place is mostly staffed by tier two workers who are pushed to do so many hours that it brings them under the minimum wage, the fact that almost everyone there is employed on a tier two basis means that everyone tows the line and closes rank in terms of covering up non complaince.
Should I;
A) Walk
B) Walk and inform the MHRA
C) Inform the MHRA, conact the Daily Fails newsdesk and "leak" what is going on, collect a little money for the story then wait to get fired - then take them to an employment tribunal.
My head says B, my heart is saying C.
