As title wanting to rent a nice villa with private pool and gardens and 2/3 bedrooms, area's ie southern france, mainland spain, islands ie menorca, Ibiza etc, would be nice within 10/20 mins walk of beech/shops/restaurant's

Have a look on Solmar Villa's. Just rented a place from them in Alcudia for 10 days at a good price and was good quality.

Friend of mine's place. He's a big rider and there's great mtb and road riding in the area

Binibeca in Menorca is nice. Try James Villas (but you'll pay full whack this far in advance).
