Heading out for a few days tomorrow, and was looking for nice, safe spots to park up for the night for a kip without hassle.

Using part of the Marin Trail to start and finish a ride one of the days - is the car park there suitable, or will I get accosted by the local uglies if I leave the interior light on? 🙂

Could I point you to wildcamping.co.uk. I think you have to subscribe to get the full blown list but it makes a useful resource.

The Marin trail seems pretty quite during the daytime these days so I cannot imagine there would be anyone to bother you at night.

Cheers all - what could go wrong in a disused mine in the middle of the forest 😀

Just wanted to avoid the local dogging hotspots, as I'm a grey empty-man past his prime. 🙂
