After a bit of browsing the internet gooooeeesss soooo sloooooow. I turn nexus off and back on and its fine.
What can I do to remedy this ?
How long have you had it?
You downloaded Android 4.3 yet? (came out yesterday I think and downloads in the background).
What apps have you pushing stuff (google photos for example)?
Are you using a task killer? If so, don't do that.

Worth waiting a few days till app devs catch up. 4.3 broke my video player (MX).
my nexus 7 downloaded android 4.3 yesterday, and when it restarted it then updated all the applications. Ive had no problem with mine since the updates.
If you have slow wireless connection speeds with a Nexus7 then check that the back of the case is properly clipped on - the back of the case forms part of the antenna for wireless and a slight gap in the case will stil allow you to connect, but things will be very slow.
