G5 imac screen is dying so looking to replace, storage more important than outright speed. Any suggestions what to buy and from where? Will be giving PC world a miss..

Apple, John Lewis (extended warranty) , Apple refurb store.

Buy the best spec you can afford but RAM will be cheaper from Crucial.

Check the RAM is user upgrade able.
