We now think Scotland may be too far away for this weekend (thanks to posters on the previous thread tho 🙂 ).. so can anyone suggest a nice luxury hotel with private hot-tubs within a few hours of Cardiff? Nice scenery or a nice town/city preferred.
I'm too tight to use a travel agent for this stuff 🙂

I have (for a change) been googling for a good hour before posting on here 🙂 Found a nice looking place in Wensleydale that I might enquire about - can also take my bike, which is a bonus 🙂 Would prefer something a bit closer tho that didn't involve going through Brum on a Friday evening 🙂
Have you seen the "mr and mrs smith" hotel guide books? my ex has the ones we had *gutted*...
they always had some pretty damned cool suggestions in.
