I am not going to A&E or my docs.
#Edit. I've just been asked to move this down the page for anyone of a sensitive nature...

This is an old protusion from a work incident maybe 30 years ago thats just got sliced off.

I've not been to the docs since. What are the best ways of helping healing?

Time heals all wounds. Or a plaster.

Or to follow Tangos theme, you want it clean and moist.

That needs professional attention.

My fave dressing - duoderm extra thin is the sort of thing I would use but I do think you need to get that attended to today - minor injuries clinic maybe or practice nurse

Yeah, that's not going to heal on its own*

*Using my gas-mans-hand-will-this-need-stitches-o-meter which is about 95% correct judging by the amount of times I've had my hands stitched back together.

A splash of cider vinegar will sort it...
