What caused this then?

The cowlings on the lower traffic light are definitely melted rather than smashed or dented.

Red and Amber on the top set not affected but green has the end of the cowling broken. That one looks snapped.

It is almost like something hot and dense crashed down at a steep angle going through the top green light and then melting the lower set as it passed them.

Bin fire would explain the bottom melted ones but not the snapped top lights.

I am thinking it might be a fat burning baby robin
