Hmm, what does everyone think to the MA album?

I just listened all the way through and was slightly underwhelmed. Was that the guy from elbow making an appearance near the end?

yes it was the guy from elbow.

The GSH album is much better now that I've listened to them side by side, think the MA album is a grower though.

It is ace! but I love MA. I agree - it'll be a grower, there's nothing monumental on there yet (a-la Unfinished Sympathy, Teardrop, Protection) but it is classic Massive / Brizzolscene sound.
Dark and unsettling but melodic and relaxing - how can all those feelings mix?!
Thanks OP for the link - which amazingly, works on my work PC, unlike almost anything else at all entertaining!

I thought it was pretty excellent. You wouldn't mistake it for an album by anyone else.

On the other hand it seems that Groove Armada have made MGMTs next album for them.
