I can see from online that M&S do alterations but it doesn't give away any details. Do they charge for this or does it come free for items of a certain price?
I bought some trousers the other day and need the hem dropped slightly. If M&S do it free I'd be as well to go there, otherwise I might try somewhere local for convenience. Any idea how much I should expect to pay? (South London/Surrey area)
