My MacBook pro, mid 2009 13" needs a new battery. I got a battery off Amazon a few weeks back and it appears to have caused some issues! So anyway i sent that one back, before i try again thought i would see if anyone could recommend a manufacturer/seller.
And maybe it will resolve some of the issues!!!!
Have you checked to see how much it is for Apple to replace?
£120 i think, and having done it once before ii am happy to do it, if i can find a battery.
I would get apple to do it - at least you get a few months warranty then...

By way of an update, my Mac is running quieter and cooler. Battery life is approx 4-5 hours web browsing and other relatively menial tasks. I'm happy
