I'm trying to help my dad save some money and would like to get his grade 2 listed home valued (Brick and oak timber, circa 1500). I'm guessing the rebuild cost could be more than the market value for the house, but does anyone know where to go to get help? Don't want to undervalue it and leave him with a burned out shell when he forgets to put his fag out.
