Just made (and ate) piri piri chicken and dressed potatoes from Jamie Olivers 30 Minute meals.
It was absolutely delicious - wonderful piri sauce.
Added our own twist to the potatoes (sweet & normal) that were mixed up with chillies, feta cheese & coriander as per the recipe - we then chopped them up, sprinkled grated red leicester over the top and baked in the oven.
Beautiful!
