Thanks for the warning. I shall avoid clicking onto ITV for the next 5 hours or however the dross takes.

We went to cinema to see it as well and I fell asleep during a film for the first time ever.

It's overblown rubbish with so much excess over the b&w original that it should have been called King Kon!

Problem? Harry? The movie is ancient, and a bad remake.

No problem. Just wondering who you think should grow up.

Harry, you seem to take offence to my remark, so...grow up, go ride your bike, wife, gf, bf, whatever you like.

I rather liked the remake actually, but I was watching it with a view to compaing it with the old one. It's different, which I always like in a remake. The old one was quite a clever movie actually with lots of subtext. The new one didn't go for that but was an interesting character study of the main players I thought.

Despite scrolling up and down this thread several times, I am at a complete loss at what Toddboy is getting into a strop about.

Well done fellah - you appear to have got into a strop over absolutely nothing !

And there's few things which entertain me more than someone 'getting into a strop over absolutely nothing' !

:thumbs up:

I totally agree with Toddboy.

I think.

Or was it that I kept thinking Jack Black was going to break into 'Tribute'.

Or am I just as lost as everyone else is?

What?

Around the back.

Number 42!
