Have been told by orthopaedic surgeon that i require my ankle joint cleaning out and cartlidge triming.
This will be done using a small incision either side of ankle .
Has any body had this done and how long before you could ride .
He has said it should be ok to use after about 3 weeks.
Have just got back into bikes again and was really enjoying it ,now fed up as until op is done have to keep of bike
