I went for my usual stroll around the park at lunchtime and spotted a bloke digging around in his rucksack by some bushes. Then he pulls something out and chucks it in the hedge. I caught up with him a couple of minutes later and asked what he threw in there. "Just a plastic bag" was his reply. I told him that he needed to go pick it up and to put it in the bin a few metres from us. He looked down at my hands and saw the empty cans and bottles I'd already collected so he turned to go back for it. I bet as soon as I was out of sight he turned back around and thought "f that".
What makes people think that this kind of thing is acceptable? It really does boil my urine 👿

I'll end up picking it up on tomorrow's lunchtime walk. I'll be wearing gloves though, in case it does contain used grumble.
