Looking for a replacement (/upgrade) for my MIJ Dinky DK2. It's a fantastic guitar and I love the feel of it so am thinking I'll treat myself to something a little more bling.
It's a longshot, but do any of the STW axepeeeeple have any experience of Jackson USA guitars?
Particlualry interested in the Solosist or the Adrian Smith Sig. I'd not normally go for a sig but looking at price and spec it looks too good to pass up if looking for a USA made Jackson.
I had a friend who had a US Jackson Soloist back in the '80s, complete with airbrush paintjob... Ooh... spandex!
I've just seen a Jackson Adrian Smith (made in India) signature and it's a lovely guitar!
See also the US made Charvels that have been around in the last year or two - Floyd Rose, chunky satin neck with rolled fingerboard. Really nice, simple guitars. Around £600
