As the title suggests really. It has suddenly decided to stop working and it's doing my head in. Ive done various searches to find the answer and have tried a number of different things to no avail. I've reinstalled it countless times and removed something called "bonjour" etc but still no joy. When I double click on the icon my laptop freezes and I have to manually shut it down. Strangely, Quicktime works fine. Anyone got any suggestions please?

Is this on a Mac or Windows computer?
Have you tried using something like CCleaner (if on Windows) to do a more thorough uninstall, including a registry scan/repair?

It's on Windows7. I'll try CCleaner then mate cheers.
