[#1501095]

I've been away (somewhere hot, dusty and dangerous) for the last six months, arrived back in Edinburgh late on Friday night, hit the town with some mates within 30 minutes of walking in and then went home rather worse for wear at about 2 am. Went running on saturday afternoon and then was out on the bike for three hours in the Pentlands with a couple of mates on Sunday afternoon finishing with an end-of-ride pint in the pub by the ranger's centre (can't remember it's name).

It was genuinely one of those days where nothing has gone wrong and everyone we met seemed just to be out and enjoying themselves, so, thankyou Edinburgh for the best homecoming I could have wished for and also thankyou to everyone out in the Pentlands yesterday!

Anyway...what's been happening around here lately? Have I missed anything good?

Thanks stanfree. I was probably around that area at that time...if one of the lads you saw was riding a cyclo-cross bike whilst wearing the worst combination of lycra cothing imaginable...well...that was me!
