Haven't you got some exercise to do TSY? ๐Ÿ˜‰

Believe me, I would love to be able to ride a bike, particularly as well as you!

I've been shopping, now I ride.

Fred had mates on here once, have they all gone elsewhere too??

When I were a lad, I rode up a hill and came down a mountain.

so CG wants some TSY riding action and folks claim this is dull place? You don't get cougar action like this on time trialling forums! ๐Ÿ˜€

Mrs flap_jack doesn't bake flap jacks. But rhubarb, date & ginger cakes come thick and fast at this time of year. Yum.

I don't really remember Fred, which considering I've been here quite a while now saddens me slightly. I feel I'm missing out.

I think the 'liveliness' of this place ebbs and flows, I agree that it's a little dull at the moment, but it'll come back!

Of course it does and the 'mood/entertainment value' is affected by all the normal goings on in the offline world. Crap weather doesn't help either ๐Ÿ™

Still highly entertaining IMO......maybe I'm just easily pleased ๐Ÿ˜‰

I am trying to behave these days but there are certain threads I CANNOT walk away from.

TBH if there weren't threads where folk debate stuff it would be extremely dull.

There's only so many "what stem for my 29er" threads a man can read.

Before or after I had it cut off? It was halfway down my back up until two days ago, think the last time it was this (relatively) short was at College.

the forum will allways keep changing in mood and I don't think there was some halcyon time when it was better than now

+1.5

I've been here since the summer of 2003 and like a fine [s]wine[/s] cheese, it's matured nicely and is very moreish, but if you catch a smell of your fingers it will make you gag

or is it like Edam? it's not real cheese, but it's fun to get into and the texture is kind of appealing.

or is it like Red Leicester? not really that appealing, and you wouldn't want to pay for it, but it's better than communicating with the wife?

Probably casu marzu

"[s]casu marzu[/s] stw goes beyond typical fermentation to a stage most would consider decomposition"

"When disturbed, the larvae can launch themselves for distances up to 15 centimetres (6 in). Some people clear the larvae from the cheese before consuming while others do not"

Been here since the go-far days. Current state of fora is the worst I've seen. A year ago it was at its best.

Subscribed to the magazine since issue 1. Really don't like the new 'loser-chic' attitude.

There seems to be a general 'niceness' around. It's horrible.
