Having woken up early [i]again[/i] whilst on holiday I was sitting around doing not a lot and then all of a sudden the daylight dimmed the reason?....

They flew (not very high might I add) right over the house and landed a stones throw (not that I did 😀 ) away in a field.

They'd taken off from Scone airport and made it all of 7.5miles 😀
That's the excitement over in the village for the month!

Round by us it would probably be cheaper than the bus - Harrogate and District Travel have just DOUBLED the fare from Knaresborough to Harrogate (all of 4 miles) from £1.40 to £2.80.
The reason? To cover the cost of ferrying all the 'old fogies' who get free travel due to the Government free travel for pensioners initiative.
