For some reason my wife's iphone screen doesn't come on, when you plug the charger in it vibrates and beeps and it syncs with Itunes when plugged into the PC but otherwise no screen or anything else.
Anyone got any suggestions?
Does it have the latest version of the OS installed?
If not update it.

Don't know if it does or not. Apparently my daughter was playing wiht it and it's all gone pear shaped since.
How do i update the SW?
Re-connect to iTunes and hit the check for updates button.
