I'm no longer able to get mail from my btinternet account on my iPad mini.
Tried deleting account and adding it again
No joy
Any ideas?

Problem with the main Mail app on the computer?

Is the mail account definitely available?
i.e. is it accessible via a web mail?
Can you ping the mail servers?

Get it on the webpage ok
Also just sent an email from my iPad bt account to my hotmail account and it worked

Definitely got the right password etc when you add the account on the iPad?
I think it should test them.
Might be worth checking the Help on the BT mail site in case they have changed the set up in some way.
