Why have solicitors become so bloody lazy? Earn your money for a change. Every single time we raise a query, the answer comes back the same. " We can request an indemnity". What do they actually cover? Next to nothing it seems. In 20 years time, are we going to be claiming all these back like ppi? Seems like money for absolutely nothing.
