Hello,
My plea is to anyone generous enough, who may have a 27.5x2.6 up to 2.8" tyre, not currently on a wheel, that I could try in the rear of my 29er- to see just what I might be able to stuff in there safely..?..
I'm in BS7, and work in BS5, but am willing to ride farther out.
Will bring biscuits for your time...

I suggest buying a bontrager tyre new as they will refund it even if you've ridden on it.
Part of their no quibble guarantee.
I've bought four different tyres before, ridden them all and returned them for a full refund no problem.

Hi PJ, i've got a set you can try out, also have some on a rear wheel already so if you have 142mm drop outs you can just bung that in to available check space. Drop me a PM to arrange. Cheers
