Seriously though the issue for me has been getting the carbs I need to exercise vs keeping on the diet. If I run myself down too much by not taking carbs to fuel my workouts I get very cravey and hell breaks loose. It's a balancing act.

Think it was about £450 all in i seem to remember
We had a support car with that as well so split the petrol to get it down there and back (the support car thing was amazing)
We stayed in lots of basic cheap motels most of the way until we got to barclona where we had a penthouse apartment to celebrate
support car... so me and deadly could drive slowly behind, nudging the back wheel of anyone who looses pace whilst we stuff our faces with food?
