So, hewlewtt Packard?
I have a (less than 1 year old) laptop which has recently stopped working- screen/backlight issue?
I reported the issue almost 3 weeks ago, and I have reported the issue to HP but have so far heard nothing- they tell me they are waiting for the problem to be resolved.....
I have been in contact with HP, however they tell me their website 'problem' is waiting to be resolved!
