44, 5ft 9” and haven’t weighed myself for years. Getting a bit jiggly round the middle and my belt has gone up a notch to just under 34”

Probably need to lose a bit of weight but meh!

GDPR: You have to tell me why you need this information, what you are going to use it for and you need to store it properly.

I'm 6'6 and 100 tonnes, I'm also the undisputed king of the slums.

When I'm King I'll have most of you shot for mixing your units. Stick with imperial or metric !

Mine was metric, although now wondering what metric years really looks like.

OP you could lose perhaps five kilos and still be a healthy weight, I lost a few when racing seriously and everyone thought I looked Ill. BMI sub 22 is fine. Sub 20 is not.

This is obviously some form of white slavery research...

I am

58
88
1820

I like drinking beer, eating pies and can consume my own bodyweight in midget gems.

I can only be considered a "catch" if a whaling ship is involved.

@ the OP.

I'm going to go out on a contentious limb here and say that whilst you could maybe loose a few kg not too many.

My numbers are roughly the same. 43, 1.82 and 75kg. I've been trying to put on muscle for a couple of years and it's a struggle. Most friends or colleagues would still describe me as lean if they were being polite and scrawny or worse if they weren't.

As Tired alludes to it can go too far. My "racing weight" was closer to 72kg and then people would occasionally enquire as to my overall health.....

I think Chris Boardman said there's a fine line between anorexia and king of the mountains..

ElShalimo - your comment reminded me of this.

Personally I rather like mixing units, it’s something I’ve been actively working on in recent years. I view it as akin to being bilingual.

Jealous of some of those numbers, I crept up to 90kg this winter and am battling to get back down to 85kg.

Have never seen lower than 84kg on the scales.

Thing is I *look* lean at the moment, so not sure where the extra mass is! So long as I maintain my weekend beer and crisp habit I probably have no right to wonder though 🙄

39, 183cm, currently 86.5kg.
