Exped XXS drybag
Yes I use one of these for iPhone 5 (too tight to upgrade and don't like big phones). Phone is in a leather slip case then popped in the drybag with a tenner and a credit card, then in back pocket.
Considering roadies are s’posed to carry a couple of spare tyres folded up in a back pocket,
I carry 1 tube and puncture repair kit/multitool in a tiny seat pack. Food and clothes in back pockets.
They’re not, at least not in the sub 500gbp range. More expensive phones like iPhones and Galaxy S20 (etc) are.
iphone SE, £400 and IP67.
my current iphone was under £350 new* and is similar. Accidently tested this when I put my filthy muddy mtb shorts in a bucket to soak and couldnt find my phone an hour later.
*avoid riding the hype wave of buying the newest flagship the month it is released, and apple are nicely priced compared to the competition.
