In 2012 parliamentarians commissioned a study of them. Its findings were grim. โ€œIf the palace were not a listed buildingโ€, it concluded, โ€œits owners would probably be advised to demolish and rebuild.โ€

Buckingham Palace has similar issues, apparently.

What we need is someone to blow the place up, maybe in early November.....?

You may not like what the buildings stand for, but there is no way we could ever build something as architecturally impressive again...

We really should look after the Palace of Westminster and Buckingham Palace. They are both very impressive and icons that the world recognises - we should all be very proud 8)

HP so impressive they ve named a brown sauce after it and the Hungarians copied it for thier parliament buildings

I think it looks crap.

Over ornate neo-gothic boringly shaped building.

No not St. Paul's, that's a fairly interesting shape imo, the Houses of Parliament.
