[Closed] Holiday insurance

Hiya, I'm after a bit of advice of peoples experiences of travel insurance. I'm lucky enough to be going to New Zealand for work for 4 months.

I'm taking my mountain bike to keep active and I've got 3 weeks holiday booked afterwards

I'll be insurance whilst over there for work purposes but I need some personal insurance for mountain biking in my private time.

I've had some quotations and it's quite expensive for the 4 months, has anyone done this and any tips for getting it cheaper?
