So, A humorous thread gets pulled, and a week's banning is handed out to a contributor.

In theory.

So, why oh why do the moderators insist on the humour fatwah? Nothing offensive was written by any western standard, and realistically, they can't stop someone posting here should that person wish to do so.

The worst thing said was an inference that Barry Bethal had sex with a dog, and even YOU have to admit that is funny. (although perhaps a bit unfair, it's likely he's never had sex with a dog).
