Hi!
The eplayer's battery ran down completely, connected it to recharge and the blue-ish screen 'Every moment has its music' came on and wouldn't go away 6 hours later. Nothing seems to work either when connected to computer or disconnected. Any ideas? Thanks

keep unlugging a replugging, try another USB port, mine did the same.

On the back (or the bottom, or maybe one of the sides) is a tiny hole with RESET next to it. Try giving it a prod with something. If that doesn't work, push and hold the reset button for 20/30 seconds, but beware that you might lose any music on the device.
