[Closed] help posting pic directly to a thread

You need to upload each photo to a photo-hosting site on the web eg. [url= http://tinypic.com/ ]tinypic[/url].

Most hosting sites then give you a ready-made link with [img] tags, which you can copy-and-paste straight into your post.

If not, copy the URL (starting with " http://") of the photo itself ([b]not[/b] the URL of the webpage it's displayed on) and use the IMG button.

Use preview to check it's worked before you actually hit "Send Post".

They have to be hosted somewhere online. You can set up a free account with Photobucket, FlickR or any of the websites that provide the service. Then you need to put a link on your post - it's a line of code that instructs peoples' browsers to download your pic, onto their screen, within this website.

Sounds complicated, but most of the hosting sites like Photobucket put the URL into the correct tags for you so you can just copy and paste it in place.
