[#2041493]

I rode lands end to John O'groats last week over 7 days in aid of charity & since I've been back I have had pins & needles in my left foot (permanently) & lower back (when bending)

Anybody experienced this?

Not sure whether I need to see a doctor, a physio or whether it should go away after my body has recovered. It's not painful at all just slightly annoying!

I'm used to 20 miles a day but amazing how you start falling apart when doing 130 a day!

cheers

Martin

It's a nerve problem go see doc or physio (either or) about it.

Docs first - sounds like a back issue causing nerve compression - quite probably just spasm and nothing serious but needs to be checked out incase

TJ. You can't possible make that diagnosis on the information given. Behave yourself.

Both replies sound very similar to me.

Yes - the difference is you say "it is"

I say "sounds like .......... quite probably"

No diagnosis from me. I say to go to a docs, what the issue likely is - nerve compression from a back injury and the most likely cause as a reassurance as most likely it is not serious and then I reinforce go and get it checked professionally.
