We have Virgin media in the main room but there is the odd occasion we want to watch the TV in the kitchen/dinning room and want the virgin channels.
It doesn't happen enough to warrant multi room virgin package but seen that you can get hdmi full HD extenders/senders with remote control extenders as well.
Are they any good? Any recommendations?
More than one TV? How very Royle family...
Why not just run a cable?

Cable won't work its on a different floor of the house
wyrestorm and HD anywhere are very good and reliable. well known through the trade.
we sell both and some lower spec brands.
if the virgin box is 4K the price is quite a bit more expensive.
Just HD needed at the mo - thanks Ton I will have a google
(Edit) Woah - they seem a lot more than I was expecting a quick google the other day via amazon and I was expecting sub £100
our basic labgear model is £40+vat Rik. it is a 50mtr model.
That sounds more like it Ton.
What does that require to work then?
1 end plugs into virgin box and telly via hdmi lead.
then run a patch lead to 2nd unit which plugs into 2nd tv.
So that's hard wired by a cable, I was hoping for wireless.
Main TV/Virgin box is on the 1st floor, kitchen is on the ground floor
I think you may struggle to find a wireless one.
all ours are over a cat5 patch lead, even the top end.
gonna swear now but Maplins............. 🙁
Main TV/Virgin box is on the 1st floor, kitchen is on the ground floor
Why does that stop you running a cable?
Was thinking something like this -
Could be crap though
