parked on the hardshoulder? pffft! Saw some absolute tool reversing up the hard shoulder last week, he'd missed his exit so thought the best thing to do was backup in the hard shoulder. Also saw someone do the same on a big roundabout a few days later.

I'd never park on the hard shoulder and I understand why it is wrong, however I'd have thought due to the road being totally closed they could send ambulances etc by going the wrong way up the closed road, if idiots had blocked the hardshoulder.

I've parked on the hard shoulder a couple of times. Whilst I was waiting on a recovery truck.
