They gave them out free at the london skyride. 65,000 people turned up.
I can't imagine many Copenhagen cyclists wearing Hi Viz. Not the ones you see on [url= http://www.copenhagenize.com/ ]Copenhagenize[/url] anyway.
Just adds to the sense that cycling is a dangerous activity, for which you need to wear strange clothes.
brighton council are giving a choice of a pack of high vis clothing, a set of lights or a d-lock if you do a travel diary for a week.
I took the d-lock - I checked afterwards and halfords down the road are doign the same one for £45 🙂
