So there's a huge gym at my hotel now, should I just go in there and pick machines that look like they exercise the bits of me I feel like exercising, or will that lead to tears?

maybe they have nautilus machines. easy to use and adjust and nice clear instructions about where to position the seats so you are in the right place. couldnt go too far wrong with those. aim for a weight that has you only just doing 10-12 reps. happy days.

Can't you just pick the machines with the best view of the gym bunnies?
